First Course - Chicken Tikka — Yogurt, Delhi Mirch, Mint and Cilantro Chutney

Second Course - Meen Moilee — Cod, Coconut Milk, Curry Leaf, Turmeric Rice

Third Course - Paan Chocolate Tart — Betel Leaf, Caramel,  Chocolate

 

Instructions

First Course - Pre Heat Oven at 325F. Apply butter on the sheet pan and arrange Chicken Tikka on it. Apply Butter on Chicken Tikka and heat it in the oven for 4-5 mins. Remove from pan, place it on plate, and  eat with Chutney and Onions

Second Course - Pre Heat Oven at 325F. Apply butter on the sheet pan and arrange Fish on it. Apply Butter on Fish and heat it in the oven for 6-9 mins. Remove from pan place arrange the fish in a bowl. Heat the sauce in pan. Pour sauce over the fish. Garnish with Chili oil and Dried Chili
